Presented by Snacky Tunes and hosted by Jacqueline Blanchard of Coutelier with a conversation that will feature an interview with Nina Compton, chef/owner of award-winning Compère Lapin and the highly acclaimed Bywater American Bistro, in celebration of Snacky Tunes's new book out on Phaidon.
Twin brothers Darin and Greg Bresnitz are the co-founders and co-hosts of the long running music-and-food podcast, Snacky Tunes, and are co-authors of the new book, Snacky Tunes: Music is the Main Ingredient, Chefs and Their Music. The book features 77 of the world's top chefs who share personal stories of how music has influenced their lives, how it's played a pivotal role in helping them to connect, how it inspires their professional work and how it fuels their creativity. It also features personal recipes and curated playlists too--it's an anthology of memories, meals and mixtapes.
