Care Instructions:

• This product should be dampened with water before first use to prevent food odors from lingering on the wood (such as fish or meat, etc.)
• Thoroughly wipe off all water and fluids and allow to air dry before storing
• Like all natural wood products, warping and cracking may occur
• Do not soak in water for long periods of time
• Hand-wash only; do not wash in a dishwasher
• Do not leave in direct sunlight
• Resin or tree sap oil may seep to the surface but it considered normal and does not affect it's use - if seepage occurs, surface can be cleaned with alcohol or a wet towel but never use bleach to clean.
