I love this knife. It’s thin, light and maneuverable despite being 10 inches long. It’s incredibly sharp and handles a large amount of produce in a short amount of time. It feels good to use and is just a gorgeous knife that is rust resistant. Overall super stoked with this purchase!

Easy to use for single slices of lemons or limes and no mess!
I only let Coutelier touch my knives for sharpening. This most recent sharpening was the sharpest they have come back to me. Excellent job by whichever technician did the work.
