Hand-forged in Sanjo, Niigata, Japan, the Tojiro Atelier Classic Series brings rare artisan performance to a comfortable western-style black pakka handle. The 63-layer Damascus VG-10 blade (HRC 61) features a tsuchime finish for reduced sticking and a 50/50 bevel that works equally well for right- and left-handed cooks.
