Product of Rías Gallegas, Spain Packed by hand Mainly from the Arousa estuary, these Scallops are purchased in local seafood markets in Cambados, where the best specimens can be found. The covering liquid, brine, is made using a traditional recipe, only with natural ingredients and no additives. The production is very methodical. First, they go through a seafood purification plant which uses seawater. Then, after being sorted and cleaned by hand, the best specimens are chosen to be hand-packed according to size. Afterwards the brine, or our famous Galician sauce is added and the cans are sealed.
